- Many situations may arise from that call (incident) that would cause a schedule or dispatch of a technician, or even the creation of a service order.
Contract Management
- Designed to let the user know what the customer’s contractual rights are with respect to the product (such as Preventative Maintenance, labor and/or parts coverage, etc.).

Configuration Management
- Designed to allow the user to see the as-built, as-shipped, and as-repaired configurations
